Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing flflightelite.com ("the Site") or registering for any Florida Flight Elite ("FFE", "we", "us") event, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site or register for events.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Coaches, parents, and program directors may create accounts. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Players under 18 must be registered by a parent, guardian, or authorized coach.
3. Tournament registration & payment
Registrations are confirmed when payment clears. Entry fees, refund windows, and rules for each event are stated on that event's page and control in case of conflict. All payments are processed by our payment provider; FFE does not store card data.
4. Refunds
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before an event's start date. Between 14 and 7 days out, refunds are 50%. Within 7 days of tip-off, entry fees are non-refundable except at FFE's sole discretion (e.g., event cancellation). Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Conduct & assumption of risk
Basketball involves inherent physical risk. Coaches, players, and spectators assume that risk. FFE reserves the right to remove any participant for unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or violation of venue rules, without refund.
6. Media release
Participation grants FFE the right to use photos, video, and live-stream footage of games for promotional purposes. Contact us in writing to opt a specific athlete out prior to an event.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, logos, brackets, and rankings are owned by FFE or its partners (including Kruda). You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape or republish data without written permission.
8. Third-party services
The Site links to third-party services (Kruda for recruiting, payment processors, mapping, streaming). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FFE's total liability arising from your use of the Site or attendance at an event is limited to the fees you paid for that specific event. FFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
