Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone, role (coach / parent / admin).
- Registration info: team name, division, roster size, organization, home city.
- Payment metadata: order ID, amount, status. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
- Photos and video from events (uploaded by coaches or captured by FFE staff).
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, device type, referring source.
How we use it
- Run tournaments: seed brackets, publish schedules, send confirmations and updates.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Promote events, publish scores, rankings, and champions.
- Improve the Site and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We share information only with the vendors we need to run the Site — payment processor, email delivery, hosting, and Kruda for recruiting profiles you opt into. We do not sell personal information.
Children's privacy
Youth athlete accounts are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized coach. We do not knowingly market to children directly. Contact us to review or delete a minor's information.
Your choices
- Update your account details from your dashboard.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message.
- Email support@flflightelite.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
Security
Access is restricted by role, data is encrypted in transit, and payment card data is stored only by our PCI-compliant payment provider. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and event registration may not work correctly without them.
