Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, role (coach / parent / admin).
• Registration info: team name, division, roster size, organization, home city.
• Payment metadata: order ID, amount, status. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
• Photos and video from events (uploaded by coaches or captured by FFE staff).
• Basic analytics: pages viewed, device type, referring source.

How we use it

• Run tournaments: seed brackets, publish schedules, send confirmations and updates.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Promote events, publish scores, rankings, and champions.
• Improve the Site and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share information only with the vendors we need to run the Site — payment processor, email delivery, hosting, and Kruda for recruiting profiles you opt into. We do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

Youth athlete accounts are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized coach. We do not knowingly market to children directly. Contact us to review or delete a minor's information.

Your choices

• Update your account details from your dashboard.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message.
• Email support@flflightelite.com to access, correct, or delete your data.

Security

Access is restricted by role, data is encrypted in transit, and payment card data is stored only by our PCI-compliant payment provider. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and event registration may not work correctly without them.

Google and Microsoft advertising measurement

We use the Google Ads tag and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) to measure advertising and support ad optimization. These platforms receive page and referring-source information, browser and device information (including IP address), advertising click identifiers, cookies, and events for successfully created accounts, submitted contact messages, sponsor enquiries, affiliate applications, player nominations, and verified completed purchases. Purchase events include the actual amount and currency; Google also receives an opaque transaction identifier to prevent duplicate counting. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, athlete details, or other customer-matching information through these tags. Signup measurement means a new account was created, not that its email was verified.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and other consent-required regions see an equal accept/decline choice before any advertising tag runs. If we cannot determine your region, advertising stays off until you accept. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement runs automatically unless you decline or an applicable browser opt-out is detected. Ad clicks and impressions can still be counted by the advertising platforms whether or not site measurement is allowed.

We save your advertising choice on this browser with a visitor identifier, region, timestamp, notice version, the wording and options shown, and a history preserving acceptance when you later withdraw. Measured conversions reference the choice at the action and the latest choice. Declining or withdrawing turns advertising tags off, including in other open tabs, and does not affect sign-in, forms, or payments. Withdrawal may refresh the current page to stop already-loaded tags; it does not erase data previously received by the platforms. Events blocked when they occurred are not replayed if you later accept. Clearing browser storage clears these local records.
