Mandatory Check-In

ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMT THEIR OFFICIAL YBOA CERTIFIED ROSTER AND LODGING FORM DURING CHECK-IN.

Teams are only required to bring players to check-in that have not been certified by a YBOA staff member or received the YBOA CERTIFIED stamp. Failure to properly check-in non-certified players during the posted days & times will result in forfeiture of all games played.

If all players on a team roster have been certified by a YBOA staff member with a YBOA CERTIFIED stamp, only a team coach or representative is required to come to check-in and submit their official YBOA certified roster and lodging form.

Mandatory documents include:

  1. Official paid copy of YBOA Team Membership (roster)
  2. Lodging From
  3. Copies of all players birth certificates (non-certified players only)
  4. Copies of all players current year report cards (non-certified players only)
  5. Player Release Forms (if applicable)
