Friday, June 2, 2017 – 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

or

Saturday, June 3, 2017 – 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN:

All teams are required to submit their official YBOA CERTIFIED ROSTER and LODGING FORM during check-in.

Teams are only required to bring players to check-in that have NOT been certified by a YBOA staff member and received the YBOA CERTIFIED stamp or staff initials. Failure to properly check-in non-certified players during the posted days and times will result in forfeiture of all games played.

If all players on a team roster have been certified by a YBOA staff member with a YBOA CERTIFIED stamp or staff initials, only a team coach or representative is required to come to check-in and submit their official YBOA CERTIFIED ROSTER and LODGING FORM.

All coaches must come to check-in with roster and photo identification to pick-up their tournament wristbands.

1. Official printed YBOA roster with YBOA CERTIFIED stamp for every player

2. Copies of player’s birth certificate

3. Copies of player’s current-year report card

4. Copies of Player Release Forms (if applicable

LIVE! SCORES & GAME INFORMATION:

Florida YBOA is excited to offer our teams a new service for all sanctioned Florida YBOA events. You and your entire team can receive real-time scores and game updates on your phone throughout the tournament. This free service is available to your coaches, parents, and players.

To receive a text on your cell phone with game results and next game information:

1. Text your Team ID Number to 407-901-2121.

2. Your Team ID Number can be found next to your Team Name on the game schedule.

3. You will then receive texts with scores and next game information after every game.

4. You can follow the scores and results for as many teams as you would like to follow (separate the Team ID numbers with a comma).

BASKETBALLS:

Teams must provide their own warm-up basketballs. YBOA will provide game balls.
